There is nothing cooler than having someone playing the game that you have developed and they're having fun! Actually, I just wanted to get some information... Very casual, I came unprepared. Then they said, "Hello! Welcome, here's our recruitment test!" Well, that was just like: Ah, okay. Well, it simply was a match. I did it! Then the whole thing took its course. I sent an unsolicited application two days later I had a call and another week later I had a job interview. And yet another week later I had a job. So... that all went very fast. I applied and was hired. I was considered good enough, I guess. Suitable. :D I believe two weeks later, I've already come down here by train. almost 400 kilometers. 230 kilometers approximately. I came in here with a guitar on my back.300 kilometers from here. Directly! I really wanted to do something! I was invited immediately, on the same or the next day, for a job interview. At that time, we were still mainly mobile game developers. "... and what are you playing on your phone?" And I had to tell him ... I don't even have a mobile phone I guess that's okay. I was hired immediately. It was that easy! That was a memorable day. Everyone who works here has somehow started small. There are mostly men, but in my opinion this is neither good nor bad. So far, I've not since made any negative experiences. I would say that I get along well with men. There are equal opportunities for everyone! I think there is hardly anything more pleasant than the games industry!
